  Employee leaves of absence are among the most challenging and high-risk issues HR professionals manage today.

  This engaging and practical presentation will explore how to navigate the complex intersection of the ADA, FMLA, workers’ compensation, and state leave laws while balancing compliance, consistency, and operational needs.

  Attendees will gain actionable guidance on managing continuous and intermittent leave, handling extended leave requests, coordinating accommodations, avoiding common legal pitfalls, and responding to difficult real-world scenarios with confidence.
