2020 started out with such promise. It was to be the year of focus. Unfortunately, we have experienced focus, but not what we had imagined. We have focused on uncertainty, political and economic disruption, and unexpected loss. Human Resource professionals have helped facilitate drastic change for their organizations. Since no one knows the pandemic's time frame, we best improve our change management skills immediately.

Examine the six key attributes of a change champion
Understand the transition from change agent to change champion
Learn how to build a "Change Toolkit"
Recognize what is required to support resistance to change champion
