The way that the current EEOC and administration is viewing sex discrimination claims is different than in previous years. We’re seeing lots of new updates to enforcement of reverse discrimination claims, pregnancy accommodations, DEI, and other areas of sex discrimination that require big changes from employers to ensure compliance.
This presentation will discuss all recent changes including recent EEOC enforcement and examples, as well as practical advice for how to keep up with these changes (and what to expect for the future).

- Learn about recent EEOC litigation and enforcement efforts from EEOC
- Understand new concept of “reverse discrimination” and how to avoid these types of claims
- Receive practical advice about policies to change in light of new effects of PWFA
- Discuss federal regulations regarding DEI procedures
