Presented By: Catherine Clifton, Attorney - Ross Gannaway Clifton PLLC

With so many variables in play, employment decisions are always highly fact specific.

In this session we’ll talk about recent court decisions that will impact the way we apply the law to our employees - and the facts that gave rise to those decisions.

Participant Learning Objectives:

  • Examine recent decisions about sexual harassment and liability
  • Discuss the latest on discrimination cases
  • Explore how caselaw shapes employment decisions - and how it doesn’t
