Employment Practices Liability Insurance should no longer be an afterthought, especially considering the increase in claims and legal complexity surrounding employment practices. HR professionals need to stay informed about policy details, exclusions, and best practices to reduce the risk of claims and ensure that their companies are properly protected. By understanding EPLI, they can create a safer workplace and avoid costly lawsuits.

Matt Bottorff, CRM, CIC, CLCS - Certified Risk Manager
with over a decade of dedicated service in the insurance industry is a seasoned professional known for his expertise in risk assessment, policy management, and client relations.

Throughout his career, Matt has consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of insurance products across various sectors including life, health, property, and casualty insurance. He currently specializes in construction, manufacturing, independent schools, and not for profit organizations. Matt completed his undergraduate degree in business from Indiana University and an MBA from Washington University in Saint Louis. He is a Certified Insurance Counselor.
