      PHR, SHRM-CP - President - Agency 8 has more than 15 years of recruiting experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems. That experience plus her HR certifications (SHRM-CP and PHR) blend people expertise with technology to deliver exceptional hiring results.

      Her career has spanned a wide range of industries and roles - including Executive, Engineering, IT, Technical, Accounting, and clerical placements - making her a versatile and trusted recruiting partner. She has volunteered as a SHRM Lobbyist in Capital Hill for 8 years speaking on behalf of SHRM to Texas Senators and Representatives for important HR issues. As an active Volunteer, she has organized "Dress For Success" charity events, UHCL and Higher Up student liaison. Rebecca is also an avid supporter of United Cerebral Palsy/Easter Seals.
