Join us with Guest Speaker: Marina Guerra, EEOC’s Outreach and Educational Coordinator, for a timely discussion about enforcement priorities, emerging workplace trends, and issues driving today’s discrimination charges.

Designed for human resource professionals, this engaging and practical presentation will provide insights into what employers should expect and prepare for in today’s evolving workplace landscape and compliance concerns.

A proud graduate of Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with honors. Marina has dedicated over 26 years to advancing equal opportunity and justice in the workplace.

Ms. Guerra began her career with the EEOC’s Houston District Office in 1999 as an investigator, a role she held for 16 years before being promoted to an Enforcement Supervisor.

In 2020, Marina stepped into her current role in Outreach and Education, where she brings her extensive experience and passion for helping employers, employees and communities understand and uphold workplace rights. Known for her commitment, knowledge and heart for service, Marina is driven by a genuine passion to prevent and remedy unlawful discrimination to achieve fair and inclusive workplaces for all.
