Rebecca Nutt has 20 years of Recruiting experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems. She knows how to combine people and technology to achieve incredible recruiting results. She currently serves as the Texas District Director for SHRM and is the former President of the Texas Bay Area SHRM.
Her recruiting expertise has been very diverse from Executives, Engineering, IT, Technical, and Accounting positions to clerical. She has volunteered as a SHRM Lobbyist in Capital Hill for 7 years speaking on behalf of SHRM to Texas Senators and Representatives for important HR issues. As an active Volunteer, she has organized "Dress For Success" charity events, UHCL Resumania and mock interviews, Dickinson ISD career days, Habitat for Humanity “All Women Build” event and she is an avid supporter of United Cerebral Palsy/Easter Seals.
