The Great Resignation, also known as the Great Reshuffle, Great Attrition, or Big Quit continues strong in 2022.
This session will address an array of pandemic-era labor force trends that created a nearly unprecedented churn in the U.S. labor market.

Rebecca Nutt PHR, SHRM-CP has 15+ years of Recruiting experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems. She knows how to combine people and technology to achieve incredible recruiting results. She has served as the Texas District Director for SHRM and President of the Texas Bay Area SHRM.
She is the CEO/President of Agency 8 a full-service recruiting and staffing firm based in Houston servicing Texas employers. Rebecca and her team specialize in finding unique talent for challenging positions in engineering, IT, technical, accounting, and industrial roles. She has volunteered as an HR Lobbyist in Capital Hill for 6 years speaking on behalf of SHRM to Texas Senators and Representatives for important small business issues. As an active Volunteer, she has organized "Dress for Success" charity events, UHCL Resume workshops and mock interviews, Dickinson ISD career days, and she is an avid supporter of United Cerebral Palsy/Easter Seals. She is passionate about helping others succeed and her motto is “leave people better than you found them”.
