Many businesses recognize that unintended bias is negatively impacting their ability to recruit and retain qualified talent. In this presentation, Mike Coffey, SPHR, SHRM-SCP will discuss kinds of bias, common practices that reinforce bias, and practical ways to mitigate bias during the employee recruitment and selection process.

Mike Coffey, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is an entrepreneur, human resources professional, licensed private investigator, and HR consultant.
