Program - MC-SHRM General Meeting 9:05*AM-10:15AM (*Registration 9:00AM-9:05AM)
Presented By: Kelli Karczewski, Attorney – Fisher Firm
The ability of a supervisor to document poor employee performance is critical to defense of adverse action, whether the employee is being reassigned, demoted, or terminated. This presentation will discuss how to craft a memo that will document efforts to improve performance, and if necessary, withstand legal challenge.
