Have you ever started a conversation with someone that went downhill quickly and you didn’t know why it happened or how to get it back on track? What about dealing with an angry client who cannot seem to be satisfied? Or how about that coworker that keeps saying “It’s fine” when we know it’s NOT!
During this interactive session, we will introduce a human behavior theory which can be used to establish better outcomes from challenging conversations.

Cindy Jennings, CTS— As Vice President of Carlton Staffing, Cindy is responsible for the recruiting and professional development of internal staff, overseeing service delivery, program development, quality and compliance. She serves as an internal consultant and coach for management, sales and operations staff. Cindy also designs and conducts training programs to reflect the ever-changing market and has been privileged to be a guest trainer at several clients. She has over 33 years of staffing industry experience spanning sales, operations, management and training. Cindy is an active member of HR Houston, SHRM, the Texas SHRM legislative committee, and is a volunteer mentor in the American Staffing Association’s Mentor Match program. She has presented programs at SHRM chapters throughout Texas.
