Program - MC-SHRM MOST Meeting 7:45*AM-9:00AM (*Registration 7:30AM-7:45AM)
Presented By: Dustin A. Paschal, Attorney - Simon Paschal PLLC
Each new year brings changes to the employment law and HR landscape. Activity from courts and legislatures create new requirements and new laws. But even without updates and new additions, each new year brings certain things that HR departments should be tackling. This presentation will provide updates to employment laws and practices based on legislation and court decisions, but will also outline those things that HR should be addressing as another new year unfolds.
Participant Learning Objectives:
- Examine new legal requirements for the workplace
- Address how to implement compliance measures and remain in compliance
- Review what workplace items to focus on in 2024
