Much of 2020 has been a blur of activity for HR professionals expected to cope with a pandemic, economic disruption, and a long list of new employment laws and regulations. This program will cover the top ten ongoing employment law issues that HR departments will need to master to avoid the inevitable litigation that will arise out of the Covid-19 crisis.

  • Explore best practices for hiring and firing during Covid-19 crisis 

  • Detect  new risk for litigation arising out of FFCRA and reasonable accommodation requests from vulnerable employees  

  • Determine critical elements of working from home policy and legal issues related to a remote workforce  

  • Learn latest developments regarding employee testing, medical assessments, and responding to positive Covid-19 cases in the workplace
