Mr. Halliburton is the Managing Director and Founder of Ensearch Energy Recruitment, a firm specializing in executive and technical recruitment for the energy sector.

With over 30 years of experience in the energy industry, Jon began his career at ConocoPhillips, where he spent five years before transitioning into recruitment. Since founding Ensearch in 2004, he has successfully led talent acquisition efforts for major clients including Shell, Siemens, KBR, and Aker, focusing on roles across engineering, commercial, and executive functions.
