    Debi Dault is a seasoned business professional with a rich history in the global workforce. Armed with a marketing degree from Texas Wesleyan University, Debi embarked on a remarkable journey that began in staffing right out of college, spending her career in Human Resources and in Executive Leadership. Her early career was marked by a rapid ascent through the ranks, managing branches and overseeing the recruitment, interview, and hiring processes that brought in hundreds of talented individuals each week.

    Over the course of 13 years in staffing, Debi achieved an impressive 11 promotions, culminating in her role on the Board of Directors at the executive management level. This tenure equipped her with invaluable business acumen, a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, and a passion for fostering success within companies. Her leadership extended to heading a mergers and acquisition team, where she developed a unique skill set for swiftly assessing unfamiliar situations and formulating effective strategies.

    Transitioning into the global relocation industry, Debi seamlessly applied her background in Human Resources to assist Fortune 500 companies in relocating their high-potential employees worldwide. Driven by a fervor for helping companies succeed, Debi founded Dault Global Solutions. The company is a reflection of her commitment to providing unique, tailored solutions that draw from her diverse experiences and expertise.

    Beyond the corporate realm, Debi remains actively involved in her church and dedicates time to mentoring future HR leaders. She shares her wealth of knowledge by teaching HR certification classes at various universities, embodying a commitment to lifelong learning and community engagement.
